Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?

We accept one payment method per order — all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Returns

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is free on all US orders. Email us at babasells@gmail.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Sale items and swimwear cannot be returned. All other items are eligible for return within 30 days, unworn with original tags attached.

How do I initiate a return?

Email babasells@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll send a prepaid label and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
